Cash Blox Terms and Conditions

1 Introduction

Welcome to Cash Blox. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("the player" or "you") and Cash Blox ("the platform", "we" or "us"). They apply to all use of the Cash Blox website, including account registration, PKR deposits, participation in games, access to promotions, use of the VIP programme and any other feature or service available on the platform.

Cash Blox is an online entertainment platform offering slot games, casino games, fish games and related content to adult players. The platform processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and supports local payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer.

By creating an account, logging in or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you should not use the Cash Blox platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To open and use a Cash Blox account you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Cash Blox is strictly an adult platform and we do not permit use by anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual person for your own personal entertainment use. Corporate or business account registrations are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact number and any other details requested at the time of sign-up.
• You must not already hold an existing Cash Blox account. Each person is permitted one account only. Duplicate or multiple accounts will be closed and any balance associated with them may be forfeited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Account activity must be conducted by the account holder only.

Cash Blox reserves the right to verify your identity at any point. If we are unable to verify your identity satisfactorily, we may restrict account access or close the account until the matter is resolved. Verification may involve requesting a copy of a government-issued identity document or other supporting documentation.

3 Account Responsibilities

Once your Cash Blox account is open, you are responsible for all activity that takes place on it. This includes:

• Keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure and not sharing them with anyone else.
• Logging out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Updating your contact details if they change so that account communications reach you correctly.
• Notifying Cash Blox support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Your Cash Blox account balance is held in PKR. The balance reflects the total of your deposits minus any amounts wagered, plus any winnings credited. Bonus balances are tracked separately and are subject to the terms set out in Section 5.

Cash Blox accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account or any balance within it to another person.

4 Deposits and PKR Payments

All Cash Blox transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion steps between deposit and your playing balance — the PKR amount you send is the amount that appears in your account.

The following payment methods are supported for PKR deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfers clear quickly and are available around the clock.
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits processed in real time for registered Easypaisa users.
• Raast — instant interbank payment transfers via the State Bank of Pakistan's Raast system.
• Bank Transfer — standard IBFT bank transfers to the Cash Blox account details provided in the deposit section.
• Debit and Credit Cards — supported card deposits in PKR where the cardholder's bank permits online gaming transactions.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the deposit section of your account at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted periodically. Deposits are for your personal entertainment use only — they must come from a payment source that belongs to you.

Cash Blox does not charge a fee for standard deposits. Some payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside Cash Blox's control. If a deposit does not arrive in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with the transaction reference for investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Cash Blox offers bonuses and promotional credits to both new and existing players. All bonuses are optional — you are never required to claim a bonus to use the platform. Before accepting any bonus, read the specific terms attached to it, including the wagering requirement, the eligible games and the expiry period.

General conditions that apply to all Cash Blox bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are separate from your real PKR balance and are tracked in a bonus wallet within your account.
• A wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount too) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier is stated in each bonus offer.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Check the individual promotion page for contribution rates.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated number of days, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• One bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states that it can be combined with another active offer.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Cash Blox reserves the right to withhold or cancel a bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering patterns, duplicate account use, or wagering behaviour inconsistent with genuine entertainment use.

Promotions tied to the cricket calendar — PSL fixtures, T20 internationals and Pakistan national team series — are offered seasonally and are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion. Reload bonuses and free spin offers for VIP tier players are governed by Section 8 of these Terms.

6 Games and Fair Play

Cash Blox offers a library of slot games, casino table games, live dealer games and fish games. All game outcomes on the platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each slot title is displayed within the game's information panel and reflects the theoretical long-term payout rate over millions of game rounds — it is not a guarantee of returns within any individual session.

By playing games on Cash Blox you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Game outcomes are random and past results have no bearing on future results.
• The house edge is present across all game types. Over a sufficient number of rounds the platform has a mathematical advantage — this is standard across all online gaming platforms.
• You are playing for entertainment. There is no strategy or system that reliably overcomes the house edge across all game formats.
• Technical issues such as disconnections, browser crashes or payment processing delays can occasionally interrupt game sessions. Cash Blox will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout display, Cash Blox reserves the right to correct the error. Winnings resulting from a clearly erroneous display will not be honoured.

Fish games on Cash Blox are arcade-style skill-adjacent games where player decisions affect outcomes within the parameters of the game's RNG system. They are governed by the same fair play principles as all other game categories on the platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Cash Blox. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Opening or operating more than one account under any name, contact number, device or payment method.
• Providing false personal information during registration or identity verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software to interact with the platform outside of normal browser use.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors or bonus conditions in a way that was not intended by the platform.
• Engaging in coordinated play with other players to exploit promotions or bonus structures.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or depositing funds on behalf of another person.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical means.
• Using the platform in any way that constitutes fraud or that causes financial harm to Cash Blox or other users.

Cash Blox monitors account activity continuously. Patterns that suggest prohibited conduct will be investigated. During an investigation, the account may be temporarily restricted. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the account will be closed and the matter handled accordingly.

8 VIP Programme

The Cash Blox VIP programme rewards consistent players with tier-based benefits including higher cashback rates on net losses, improved bonus terms, early access to new game releases and exclusive promotions. Participation in the VIP programme is subject to the following conditions:

• VIP tier status is earned through sustained platform activity over a qualifying period. The specific thresholds for each tier level are published in the VIP section of the platform.
• VIP tier benefits are applied to your account automatically as your activity meets the qualifying criteria. There is no separate application process.
• Cashback credited through the VIP programme is added to your PKR playing balance and is subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal, as stated in the VIP terms section.
• Exclusive VIP promotions during PSL, T20 and other cricket events are issued at Cash Blox's discretion and are subject to their own individual terms when published.
• VIP status can be reviewed or adjusted if account activity falls below the qualifying threshold for a sustained period, or if a breach of these Terms is identified on the account.
• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to another account.

Cash Blox reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, tier thresholds and benefit values. Material changes will be communicated to affected players with reasonable advance notice.

9 Responsible Gaming

Cash Blox is an adult entertainment platform and we take responsible gaming seriously. The platform includes practical self-management tools that are accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit cap on your account. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• Session Time Reminders — configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a set number of minutes or hours within a session.
• Self-Exclusion — request a temporary or indefinite exclusion from your account if you feel you need a break from gaming. During self-exclusion your account will be locked and you will not receive any promotional communications.

Gaming should remain entertainment. If it is no longer feeling that way — if you are chasing losses, spending more than your budget allows, or gaming is affecting your daily responsibilities — please use the self-exclusion option and take a break. There is no penalty for doing so and your account can be reopened through support after the exclusion period if you choose.

10 Suspension and Account Closure

Cash Blox may suspend or close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Identification of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• At the account holder's own request — you may close your account at any time by contacting support.

When an account is closed at the player's own request, any remaining real money PKR balance will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification. Bonus balances are not returnable on account closure.

When an account is closed due to a Terms breach, Cash Blox will determine on a case-by-case basis whether any real money balance is returnable, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

11 Limitation of Liability

Cash Blox provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and service quality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or factors outside our control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the extent permitted, Cash Blox's liability to any player is limited to the PKR balance held in that player's account at the time of the relevant issue. Cash Blox is not liable for:

• Loss of earnings, opportunity or consequential loss of any kind arising from platform use or unavailability.
• Technical failures on the player's device, browser or internet connection.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment processing, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank systems.
• Actions taken by other players on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12 Changes to These Terms

Cash Blox may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, payment methods, legal considerations or operational requirements. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the contact details on their account before the changes take effect.

Continued use of Cash Blox after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and arrange return of any real money PKR balance.
